User Interface for Creating an Oracle SQL Loader Control File

Is there a good user interface for creating Oracle SQL Loader management files? PL / SQL Developer includes the “Text Importer” function (which resembles one of the Excel import wizards) for importing text files into tables, but uses its own format instead of the SQL Loader format. Something like this for the SQL Loader format would be quite useful.
