Good flex library for PHP?

I'm looking for a good inflection (or, well, a library that can turn the plural into a singular and vice versa), which is a kind of inflection) for PHP, it can be part of some current structure or a stand-alone library the only requirement that I have, this is that it is compatible with the MIT license.
