A third-party Windows command-line program?

Looking for the best Windows XP command line interface. Visual Studio command line is not as good as Linux / OSX terminals.

Thoughts?

Answers: Console on Sourceforge and Windows Powershell. Thank you, I dig them up and evaluate. The Cygwin package is too large for what I want.

edit2: Looks like Windows Powershell at the moment. Its copy and paste features are small, but MS supports it.
