Source Code Discussion Web Applications

Question

Are there any web applications that allow you to work with source code? I am thinking of something that might look at SVN repo / local folder / etc. and publish code that supports multi-threaded discussions under each file or class. Ideally, I want to find something that I could deploy / host on my own, so being based on PHP would be a huge plus.

EDIT: Oh, you are looking for an application that you can deploy yourself. In this case, I would suggest you look at Fossil .

You can try Trac ( http://trac.edgewall.org/ )
Although it is based on python, not PHP.
