Excel cannot include links / missing functions

I have an excel workbook that has VBA code and macros to help with data entry.

I use a calendar to capture dates and read data from cells. The application works on my machine 100% (an application developed in 2007, but saved as .XLS – 97/2000for compatibility in the office). When I transfer the file to other people, the calendar management and function TRIM()do not work.

On my machine, I can go to the links section, but on all other machines in the office the function is referencesgrayed out. Any idea why a regular object, such as a calendar and a generic type function TRIM(), doesn’t work on some machines.

Are links in the new book gray on other PCs? When you run the code, the links are usually only grayed out. Calendar control was (is there?), Notorious for not working on different versions, so various workflows, such as the Allen Browne pop-up calendar , were developed . Trim is part of Visual Basic for Applications, and you will probably find that the function is fixed after you get rid of the missing calendar management help.

The calendar control has many different versions, you need to create it from the version available on their machine.
