How to place MFC CFormView inside CDockablePane?

How to place MFC CFormView inside CDockablePane, which was introduced in Feature Feature MFC VS 2008?

Check BCGSoft Samples for this with cview. The class names are slightly different, but more or less the same thing, since they provided CDockablePane for Microsoft.

I could not find such samples in the Feature Feature Pack MFC samples.

All projects containing CFormView:

TasksPane TabControl TabbedView StatusBarDemo SetPaneSize MenuSubSet

But in any of the projects, CFormView is not built into CDockablePane.
