How to create a strong named interop dll for shdocvw.dll

I have a helper browser object project in C # that (obviously) refers to the shdocvw.dll file. I think I want to create a strongly named interop dll for shdocvw.dll. How can I do this - I saw a lot of sentences there with aximp.exe and tlimp, but I don’t understand how they fit together.

To do this, you must use tlbimp with the key / keyfile: FileName or / keycontainer: FileName. Or I think you could do this in the IDE by simply adding a COM link (a checkbox was selected to apply the same key to that one).

sn -k new.snk
tlbimp shdocvw.dll /out:axshdocvw.dll /keyfile:new.snk
