I am new to Scrum, and although I understand the team concept behind Sprints, I believe that you still need to be a guardian for a team that minimizes interference from product owners who are not familiar with software development. What are your successes and what terrible stories have you experienced?
Update:
I am looking for a balance between coding to implement a business process and create an appropriate architecture for the client. If the product owner is in the business unit, you need to be guided by how much time should be spent on the data model, etc.
Definition:
By means of the "uncontrolled" owner of the product, I mean, as a rule, one of the business units that aggressively sets the time frame, without real technical capabilities to create this assessment. Typically, this person will say, “I need these screens before my next meeting with the Operations Committee next week, so assign these work products first. We will take care of the database after we talk with the operations.”
