How to use Struts 2 with speed and plates

Question

Could anyone get speed and tiles working with racks 2?

I have some problems finding examples or tutorials on the Internet and from what I have compiled from mailing lists it seems that this is not possible at all (but the mail was pretty old).

You can start with the documentation from apache locations. I use tiles and speed, and they work fine. I use speed for email templates and snippets for front-end templates.
