Can you hide the data in the text?

I want to put some text on the page and hide some data in this text. Does anyone know of any methods / patterns that have been used in the past to solve this problem?

Example: I have the following text: "The cat was sitting on the dog and was happy."

I also have the number 123. I want to hide this number in this sentence so that the offer can be placed on a web page, and only one who knows can find the data.

I have two schemes with good reliability, but with a compromise with fairly low implementation rates. One of them is extremely simple, but has an embedding speed of 1 bit per line only for individual user texts, and the other, requiring the user to compose hidden texts under the guidance of the software, achieves an embedding speed in the range of [0.5, 1.0] per word.
