I have terabytes of files and database dumps that I need to back up outside the site.
What is the best way to accomplish this?
I am currently weighing rsyinc on Amazon EBS or getting a fixture (like barracuda).
I called my friend, and he said that he uses backula to get all the files on one disk, and then supports that disk to tape, and then sends the tapes to the iron mountain.
Still expecting to hear from other system administrators I contacted. The result will be published here.
