Opt out of the iPhone app name?

Does anyone have an apple sending an application requesting a name change? We sent our application in November, and we went back and forth, we fixed those points that they asked us to fix, which were related to both the interface and the memory, and they did not say anything about the name. They tested our TON API, so we know that they are doing something on it, but today we saw that an application with the same name came out. The developer released it from Apple back in December and simply hasn't turned it on yet. Why isn’t Apple telling us to change this by now, does anyone else have problems with their names and how we present the new name in the middle of the process. Our applications are completely different, so this is not a problem.

When it comes to copyright infringement, the apple immediately connects us with the creators of other applications that use our name. They do not want to engage in legal battles, but they facilitate communication between all parties. You might consider changing your name to avoid further delays, as Apple may just wait for an application that they believe could be a copyright issue.
