TagLib # Distributing Windows? Or another good ID3 reader?

I wanted to write a brief program to bring the file organization of my MP3 files back in sync with the information in my ID3 tags ...

I tried to get the Windows Media Format SDK, but when I go to the installation, it says that it can only work on WinXP. I found someone here, offering TagLib #, which looked REALLY good, from the code examples. The problem is that the official site is gone, and the other links that I found for hosting on Novell servers also do not work.

Does anyone know where I can get the TagLib # distribution for C # / VB.NET for Windows? Or another good ID3 tag reader?
