Any recommendations for PDF 3D SDK with C ++ interface

I am looking for a Cor C ++ / SDK library that will allow me to either write 3D-PDF directly, or convert DXF or DWG to 3D-PDF. So far, I have come up with a PDF3d library that complies with the bill, but is quite expensive and has an expensive license for each user’s runtime. I don't mind the reasonable cost of the SDK, but the cost per seat kills it for me.

Does anyone know any alternatives?

I use XChange PDF for 2D CAD plots in PDF and it works well. I don’t know if (I don’t think so) it is 3D. I could not fail to mention this at first glance on their site.

Another option is 3D DWF. Also, think that TrueView DWG is a free viewer and printer that processes 3D DWG. You used to be able to automate TrueView through COM, but I'm not sure if this is still the case. Here is a blog post about some Trueview automation - http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2007/10/au-handouts-t-1.html

SimLab SDK can convert DWG / DXF to PDF 3D. It’s not free, but the price is reasonable and the fee for the place is small: http://www.simlab-soft.com/SDK.aspx

Another option is to publish HOOPS from TechSoft3D. Could be pricy: http://www.techsoft3d.com/our-products/hoops-publish
