Can I populate a SharePoint list from an Excel worksheet?

So you can export the list to the mailing list, but can you do the opposite? Preferably from an Excel worksheet.

Go to the "Create" menu in sharepoint and top user lists, click "Import Spreadsheet". Enter a name for the list, go to the spreadsheet and click "Import."

You can also synchronize your spreadsheet and list on an ongoing basis by creating a list in your spreadsheet and then publishing it to sharepoint.

  • Open the sheet.
  • Choose your details
  • Press Crtl + l
  • Click ok
