Simple forced representations; advice?

We are looking for general advice ...

I have been using boost for a while, and I have written several small modules and functions (for example: see this SO question ), which, it seems to me, is cool suitable for inclusion in a raise. I have been on the project pages to learn about the submission process, but it seems that it is "inside or not worried." I can subscribe to the developers mailing list, but I'm not sure that I have the right to publish there: I, of course, am not very familiar with all the various enhancement modules and am not so good at template meta-programming as people are actively involved .

Is there a prospectus that I don’t have enough for “normal” people to send ideas for things that could be included in forcing? Or can it be called "open by name only if you do not do it full time"?

I think you shouldn’t hestit and go to boost-devel. Most likely, your code will not be accepted, but it is very likely that you will be able to get valuable feedback and learn a lot. People there will justify why it is impossible to accept in the current form or how this function can be more general, etc. I think that overall it will be useful for you.

I tried to send my UTF-8 CPP library to Boost. Having started subscribing to my list of mail messages and sent a couple of informal requests for viewing, but I thought that this did not lead to anything, so I refused and never submitted an official request for consideration.

Good luck with your submission.
