In Sharepoint, what is the actual name of the page layout used for the Page Only for Body Page option?

I need to change the finished text editor from the finished text using the Telerik editor for all page layouts of the article. Unfortunately, I see only three article layouts in Sharepoint Designer. However, when creating a new article page from Sharepoint, it displays 4 article layouts. The one that I see in the designer is not in the designer, which does not have the ability to image articles.

Does anyone know where I can find a layout designated as "Page with body only"?
