I need help creating vocabulary for SpeechSynthesizer. Some kind of template so that I can know how to create it

More or less what the title says. I want to create a vocabulary of Greek text to speech so that I can make my own language for SpeechSynthesizer. Where can I find some kind of template? Or some recommendations ???? Or anything you can offer is acceptable as there is no Greek suppport in SpeechSynthesizer. But I need it to be my own creation. Not a third-party application. SDKs, header files, libraries, apis are all accepted. There are simply no ready-made applications that have Greek text to speech.

Here is an example with one word (blue).
