.Net control for docking Google Chrome

I like how Google Chrome allows you to capture tabs from a window to create additional windows. Does anyone know if there is a way to make this docking and undocking style in my .Net application? Or better yet, does anyone know if there is a .Net component that can provide this type of functionality?

I have not tried it myself, but it looks like the Avalon Dock will give you similar functionality.

DevExpress has a docking control. We use it in our application.
