List of OpenID Endpoint Servers

Does anyone know where I can find a list of available OpenID servers , as well as the endpoint associated with them.

I was not happy with the above URL (no offense). I just wanted the popular ones to display icons and verify that they were working correctly, so I started a smaller list. Thank you for your help in improving it:
