Martin Fowler has written a book on DSL ( Amazon link ). Ayende Rahien completed the book while writing DSL in Boo, which is also online via the Manning Early Access Program. The former is conceptual, and the latter is practical guidance.
On the Lambda the Ultimate blog, you can read a lot of interesting things about language design.
