I am a programmer in the education department of the county hospital. I would like to be able to see real-time statistics on the IIS6 web server, access to which is possible only within the company. I am looking for something similar to what 1and1.com provides to its customers (if you are familiar with what they offer).
I have a classic ASP / VBScript-based learning management system for which I would like to analyze traffic, and the last package I tried (the site no longer exists for it) went fine for a year, and then began to slow down massively server.
In a certain order, I would like to:
- I would like to keep track of who visited which page on which basic authentication is enabled (optional).
- I would like to keep track of which pages are most visited.
- I would like to track this individual progress from page to page. This is what I did with the old tool and found it to be very useful.
- I would like to see basic statistics in browsers: window size, color depth, type, etc. I know that our IST department says that we all use IE6, and they say several other statistics that the last package showed slightly less than correctly. I want to know what I need to work with.
- I would not have to remove the server to the server to run .exe or any other interesting, confusing solutions that I saw floating around ...
