Do we have any tools for unit testing Sybase databases?
I can not find it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unit_testing_frameworks
I am looking for a tool that can let me unit test a stored procedure. Something like utPLSQL . the tool will be used by the database guys until unit test.
What exactly do you want to test? The correctness of Sybase itself or some stored procedures that you wrote that run in Sybase? If the latter, you can use JUnit to execute stored procedures through JDBC (I assume that based on your username, Java is a language convenient for you).
I searched for SqlUnit to test the stored procedure level at the xUnit level. This seems promising. I install and play with him now.
