NSIS: find and download the .Net version

Question

How can I get the .NET version with NSIS? And if I don’t have the required version, it redirects me to the site to download it.

I found some solutions for this, but they usually have some hard-coded materials (for example, dozens of specific links).

Is there any good solution for this?

note: I do not want to use the Windows installer / clickonce.

Take a look here. I believe that I have changed some things from the NSIS forums, but this works pretty well.
