For people with special needs

This is my official post here.

I need to develop an application for a group of people with special needs. However, the functionality is really trivial, but I do not know how to make an interface for using them.

Their intelligent insecurities are perfect, they are actually studying high school, but one of them has its own nose, which, of course, is very boring, and the other type slowly changes with one finger, and not one of them can use a mouse.

I was wondering if I can use javascript to develop a user-friendly interface based on huge grids or something like that, or maybe you have a better idea.

For your needs for people with special needs, you can check out Jacob Nielsen's article โ€œUsability of Websites for Childrenโ€ , in which web design principles are for small children or people with cognitive disabilities.
