I just do not know. I mean, there are a few topics that tell me not to believe in it.
For example, the latest stable version (3.0.0-stable) has a broken eclipse plugin that just doesn't work at all. Also, trying to upgrade between versions is a huge problem, since all servers are incompatible with all clients, and not with the same revision number.
I'm not yet a complete profile, but it seems that Terracotta can quickly become an easy bottleneck.
What are your thoughts, Stackoverflow? Did you use Terracotta successfully, or did you find it a bit ... immature?
