Updating data binding when changing a value, but not when displaying a tab

Is there a property or parameter to force the associated control in Winforms to update the object to which it is bound when the input value, either in a text field or something else, really changes?

And not after the control is disabled.

Assuming you already bound the text box:

  • Select a text box in the designer
  • Select the data binding property
  • Click the "advanced" property
  • In this dialog box, find "data source update mode"
  • onpropery onvalidate

.
