How to combine posts from multiple employee blogs into one RSS feed

Question

In our current SharePoint environment, Mysites is installed as separate site collections where users create their blogs. It is a real challenge to know these blogs intact, and I usually take the RSS feed the first time I visit and then subscribe from Outlook. To help non-technical companies, we would like to combine entries from some of the main (ordinary) bloggers on our portal into one channel, which can then be used to subscribe to Outlook or on a page on the portal.

Any ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and had a great day.
