Apache on Windows server cannot write to file

We installed Apache 2.2 on a Windows 2003 server.

We want apache to be able to write files to disk, but we do not know how the Apache user works.

How do we allow Apache to write files on a Windows 2003 server?

UPDATE: The user works as "SYSTEM", and we tried to give this user full permission to all folders and files. We also provided full All permission to all folders and files. We restarted Apache, cleared all cookies, restarted IE, and still receive a message from phpMyAdmin that we do not have write permission.

Sounds like a permission issue for an Apache user running under.

If you check the running processes, you should see Apache and the user with whom it works. You must be able to grant this user write access.
