We want apache to be able to write files to disk, but we do not know how the Apache user works.

How do we allow Apache to write files on a Windows 2003 server?

UPDATE: The user works as "SYSTEM", and we tried to give this user full permission to all folders and files. We also provided full All permission to all folders and files.
