I connected to several databases once and only once, and you won’t need it anymore, but they clutter up the drop-down list of available for login.
How can I reset the list of servers and logins from the command line in SQL Server Management Studio Express 2008?
In SSMS 2008, if you rename a file SqlStudio.bin, say SqlStudio.BAK, then SSMS will re-create the file when you reopen the application. All servers and logins will be forgotten.
SqlStudio.bin
SqlStudio.BAK
