Configuring a Windows service through the command line

Question

I need to enable “Allow the service to interact with the operating parameter in the properties of the service through the command line.
How to do this?
I tried the sc command . But I can’t achieve what I need.

Have you tried "sc config servicename type = interactive type = own"
