How can I buy an XBox 360 and PS3 SDK?

Does anyone know how I can buy the above SDKs? Calling Sony / Microsoft standard sales numbers doesn't seem to give me anyone who knows what I'm talking about.

Initially, SDKs are free, although not available to the public. If you are really interested, you can probably find them on torrent sites. They are interesting, but little used without any real equipment.

So, I suspect your real question is: "How can I buy development equipment?"
