How to write my own shell in C #?

In my other question, I was trying to find someone who knows where to find the free open source OCR library for C #. However, it seems that only the C ++ library exists and, obviously, C ++ is not C #.

One answer suggested writing my own shell in C #. I almost don’t know how to do it, where to learn how to do it or what it really is - except that I believe that it calls C ++ methods in the dll using modified method calls ... this is just an assumption, really .

Please help another newbie. thank you
