Need help choosing a framework for a bilingual site

Firstly, some background information ... I am going to a medium-term website for a non-profit organization that will require translation into English and Korean. The set of functions includes: CMS for regular content, a blog, form submission / processing (including CSV / PDF export), a bulletin board for vacancies, a catalog of related companies and non-profit organizations (which accept applications from visitors) and main ones (possibly in blogs).

I have a pretty strong development background, and I made some sites using Drupal, created some basic custom CMS using frameworks like CodeIgniter, and recently started working in Django. These are the main parameters that I am studying, and I would consider the possibility of using different tools for different parts of the project, but I mainly wonder if anyone has any experience to share in terms of localization / internationalization. I have not yet put together a site that supports several languages, so before I get into trouble by underestimating the task or making bad assumptions, I would like to get some input to help guide the decision-making process.

Do you have any recommendations for frameworks (Drupal, Django, CodeIgniter) that are well suited for localization / internationalization / translation for CMS? I know that all support this, but I'm looking for real experience here (or suggestions for modules / plugins with explanations).

Sorry for the long question, but I wanted to be very clear. Thanks in advance!
