VS 2008 Intellisense right clicked

Question

I have pretty big C ++ solution in Visual Studio 2008 SP1. When I RIGHT CLICK, I see an intellisense update in the status bar, and the whole studio freezes in a few minutes.

In 2005, the right click worked fine.

Any workarounds?

Updating intellisense on large projects simply kills performance - Visual Assist is much better than replacing. I think, although this intellisense is also related to how VS parses the code for the designer, so a more temporary solution for testing is to replace your .ncb file with a folder named [solution] .ncb
