How to create documentation by running a command with each svn commit

Question

Is it possible to get svn to execute some command before each commit? I have documentation in LaTeX in the repository and would like to always have the latest version of compiled documents available as PDF in the repository. The same will be with Doxygen docs.

I would argue that there is some kind of magical property svn:somethingor something like that, but have not yet found anything.
