Is there a free general purpose program ASN.1 Decode / Dump / Inspect?

Is there a free ASN.1 program for decoding / dump / checking? I have a suspicious ASN.1 block that may fail to decrypt, and I would like to check it to look real, and if so, what elements it contains.

I also used it dumpasn1with good success for several years), then I decided that looking at the 200-line long nested tags was a bit difficult to follow on the screen and wanted something more dynamic so that I could collapse the details of the tree and things like that.

What I'm trying to create with my own asn1js ASN.1 decoder client javascript. It also opens the source code and uses dumpasn1 huge "known OIDs" configuration file. It does not try to detect all errors of the ASN.1 format, only impossible for decoding ... (for example, it will not interfere with differentiating DER from BER, for example INTEGER, with additional leading zeros)
