Can I copy a work item template from one project to another?

The two projects under consideration were created from one basic template. In fact, I deleted a bunch of things that we do not need in several work item templates, and deleted several others. I would like to copy these template changes to another project, instead of redoing all the work that I just did.

If another project has already been created on the server, you can use Team Foundation Server Power Tools . The tool you want is the Process Editor.

Yes, the templates are located on your local computer and you can copy it. Mine are in documents \ Work item templates.
