This is a very old topic, but I want to post the correct answer, as this is one of the first results when searching for "Report Builder."

Just add the WebBrowser control to your form and in Form_Load go to the URL of the Reporting Services server. You will have a “no-frills browser” - there is no back button, no stop, no update, but a right-click on the page will be executed.

You must be able to create a hyperlink in your application in order to launch the Click Builder application after clicking. But it will not work in your form.

See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd795295.aspx for information on creating the correct URL.
