Which one to choose? DXCore, Resharper or VSX?

I want to write a visual studio addon to perform some code modifications for me (for example, for specific refactoring). I was wondering which of these tools should I use and why?

we have resharper licenses, the other two are free and this is internally used software, so we don’t have to worry about licensing.

I used only DXCore, but I have to say that it completely chips.

Me and other developers have achieved a lot with this very capable infrastructure.
