Google Play Alpha Error BM-PPH-01

Question

I have an application that I make and upload to Google Play through the console, and would like some people to test it.
I created a Google group and also added another account for myself, but I get the following error:

BM-PPH-01

Has anyone else seen or known what this means?

I had the same problem after paying for the application, and after that the download process did not start.

My solution: I visited the website http://play.google.com/ through my computer, searched for the application and selected the target device using the install button.

The BM-PPH-01 error message is usually displayed when there is an incompatibility between any of the three applications, Google Pay, Device.

Incompatibilities may be the location of the device, such as Google Play features, not available when the device is in China. The app may be limited to download only in the USA.

I just got the same error code [BM-PPH-01] while trying to pull a paid application from the Play Store using my desktop browser on a compatible mobile device.

As a workaround, I was able to visit the Play Store from my compatible mobile device - the application started downloading as soon as I opened the Play Store application. I planned to click the "Install Application" button in the "Play Store" application, but not needed.

I think I found a solution. Change your primary Google Wallet address based on the country in the store where you are trying to buy / download.

Example: I tried to download a movie using a German store, but my primary Google Wallet address was set to Portugl. I changed the address and now it works.
