IPhone keyboard layout for negative numbers?

Question

My users have to enter latitude and longitude, and of course I need to check that the entered values ​​are legal lat / long value. I would like to have a keyboard layout that does some of this for me (excluding alphabetic characters, punctuation, etc. And leaving only numbers and +/-). A keyboard with numeric keypads does not seem to do this (+/- missing), nor any other keyboard layouts that come with the SDK. Does anyone know if there is a way to provide this feature without my own IME keyboard and hack the phone?

You do not need to jailbreak. If you create a view to simulate a keyboard, you still follow the rules of the SDK.
