TinyMCE: can only be limited to bullets?

I would like, if possible, to use TinyMCE (WYSIWYG editor) to allow users to create bulleted lists and only bulleted lists. Does anyone know a way?

TinyMCE has two options that will help when using the advanced theme. The first theme_advanced_buttons<n>one that determines which buttons are displayed in the editor. Since the extended theme defines buttons in three lines by default, you need to override them.
