I created site documentation for my project with Sandcastle. This site uses frames, so when I click on sites, my URL in the browser does not change.
I would like the URL to be changed in the browser when I look at the site documentation created using Sandcastle. What for? Because I would like to refer to specific subpages of the documentation from other parts of my development environment.
And even more I would like these links to be permanent. Therefore, when I again create documentation from the new version of my project, the links will not change, so I will not need to change all the links to new ones.
Is it possible and how to do it?
To create the correct links to specific subpages of the documentation, you can use a similar query: $ DOCUMENTATION_ROOT $ / Index.aspx? topic = html / $ TOPIC_ID $ .htm
eg. http://www.ewoodruff.us/shfbdocs/Index.aspx?topic=html/8dcbb69b-7a1a-4049-8e6b-2bf344efbbc9.htm instead of http://www.ewoodruff.us/shfbdocs/html/8dcbb69b-7a1a- 4049-8e6b-2bf344efbbc9.htm
