How to disable these PHP warnings?

According to this post , you do not have proper SNMP management databases. Install the correct package for your Linux distribution, something like net-snmp.

I just disabled the snmp extension

PHP. :

Open Setup PHP file.
In setting PHP extensions removed extensions below:
   - PostgreSQL
   - Shared Memo....
   - SNMP
   - SOAP
   - SQLite
   - SQLite 3

If this is a Windows setting, you can go to add/remove programs(or program features) and perform a change in the PHP program, but under choose item to installmake sure that you deselect all SNMPother extensions that you do not need.

Complete the installation wizard. After that, do it iisreset.

It seems your php.ini file is not configured correctly to load modules that do not exist.
