Download Google Gears

Question

I recently watched google wave videos from google i / o, where they said that you can drag and drop files from a Windows browser into a browser and upload them using gears. Can someone point me in the right direction to do it myself? I was looking at the api gears page in google code and can't find examples that even came close to this.

I just used SWFUpload (found it on Google). Not as smooth as drag and drop, but it's a lot easier to set up and allows users to create multiple files at once.
