We have a hiring choice, and what copper wants to emphasize on the phone screen is the UML experience.
Does anyone have any UML suggestions to ask on the tech phone screen?
I’m more an interlocutor than a guy with a phone screen, so “normal” with something like UML I will have a candidate knocking out some simple diagrams on paper. However, I would prefer that the candidates do not try to describe the UML diagram over the phone (mainly because I would be terrible at this, and partly because I would not like to judge them by their UML skills on The basis of my napkin is a drawing for their description.)
How is other people's phone screen for UML?
