Can I configure replication between SQL Server Standard Publisher and SQL 2008 Web Subscriber

I currently have one SQL 2005 server. I would like to replicate the SQL 2008 Web Edition server. Is it possible to install replication from a Standard Edition SQL 2005 publisher to a SQL 2008 Web Edition subscriber. What is best for type of replication? Are there any serious issues with this setting?
