How to make the iPhone app right when the user calls or connects to the Internet?

The status bar has grown, so parts of my interface are disconnected. Any pointers on how to fix this (e.g. using auto-resolution masks, etc.)?

I use Interface Builder for the user interface, so this is all .xib.

You usually handle it using autosave masks, or if you have custom views, you can handle it in the layoutSubviews method.
