JDK / JRE union

I am interested in licensing related to distributing JDK / JRE with Sun.

I ask that I would like to provide the client with an ISO disk image that includes my application, as well as a JDK or JRE dependency.

Many people compile JDKs into their applications without paying any fees. The user is not worried about licensing issues as the JDK / JRE is already checked out and any other dependency is added.
